Use of the PPR Site
You may use the PPR Site as a member or visitor for legitimate business or consumer purposes. We will provide services to those who are lawfully able to enter into and form contracts under applicable law.
You must be at least 18 years old to request a service, make an enquiry, request a practising certificate or book an event and by using the PPR site you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
If you have membership on the Register, it is a condition that all registration details provided to us are accurate and that as a member you agree to notify us by e mail to email@example.com of any changes to your registration details.
Membership accounts may be made available to members to access services, book events and pay for practising certificates. You will be held responsible for any activities made under your account.
We do not guarantee that the PPR Site is free from viruses, errors, or any other matter that is technologically harmful or malicious.
You may not use the PPR Site:
- For any illegal purposes
- In a way that may damage the PPR Site or other users use of it
- To upload any data, images, computer viruses, Trojan horses, worms or any other harmful files, code or computer files
- To disrupt, impair or slow down the PPR Site
Failure to abide by these Terms may result in us taking action, which may result in the immediate withdrawal of the right to use the PPR Site and/or further legal or disciplinary action.
We reserve the right to restrict access to some parts of the PPR Site for maintenance or compliance reasons.
We also reserve the right to amend or withdraw the service we provide on the PPR Site without notice.
